All information given out is for the sole use of the member. If it is believed that anyone is sharing or giving out the information for profit or otherwise, they will have their membership revoked & they will not receive any refund of any days left from their paid membership.

I reserve the right to alter membership prices at any time.

If for any reason I am unable to run the service for a specific amount of time, any paid members will get the lost service time added to their membership.

I do not operate refunds. No exceptions

I aim to get all information sent to members via email the evening before racing or at the latest before 10am on the day

Email can be unreliable sometimes & if you are not receiving emails always check spam first. Members are always advised to add my email address to their safe sender list at the time they join my service.

Past performance is no guarantee of future profits. We advise members to only bet with what they can afford to lose

I do not guarantee all our horses win, horses are animals not machines.

I will not be held responsible for any losses incurred following the bets I give out

Odds quoted within my email will be correct at time of posting. Odds will fluctuate & I cannot guarantee you will be able to get the same odds as posted.

If you purchase any info & the horse in question is a non-runner for whatever reason, you will not get issued a refund however you will get sent a replacement horse when the next info runs.

I will not tolerate abuse & any member using abusive or threatening language towards me or other members will be ejected with no refund.

If you wish to cancel your membership & have automatic monthly payments (recurring payments) set up. This can easily be done via your Paypal account. Membership payments are in your total control.
